Miles Welch
Pastor
Miles has been the point leader of this ministry since it started in 2002. He is the primary communicator at Water’s Edge each week. He and his wife Jennie have 2 daughters, and are originally from California. He also leads the internship program at 12Stone Church, training emerging leaders headed into ministry.
Amanda Bagdanov
Administrative Assistant
Amanda works with Miles assisting both in Water’s Edge and the Intern Program. She immigrated to the United States (from South Africa), with her family, in 1980 and resides in Buford. She has a background in art, marketing and real estate and feels privileged to be working with such talented, amazing people!
Cory Lebovitz
Director of Spiritual Formation
Cory has been involved in the Water’s Edge since it started in 2002. He provides leadership over the Life Development Groups (Small Groups) and Campus Ministry, as well as coordinating the process of helping people serve in the community. He is currently in school at Moody Bible Institute, and is a graduate of the internship program at 12Stone.
Aubrey Vinke
Worship Experience Coordinator
Aubrey has been coming to Water’s Edge since Spring of 2006 and oversees the organization of the various creative elements of the worship experience, from Creative Planning Meetings to Task Execution. Aubrey is a senior Studio Art major at Brenau University with a concentration in Drawing and Painting. Her and her husband Jonathan live in Dacula.
Yanni Iliadis
Director of Campus Ministries – “Origin”
Yanni has been a part of Water’s Edge since the beginning of 2006. He came on board to create a campus ministry model that is unique by encouraging common college students to give themselves away to the world in compassion. Yanni is a student at Moody Bible Institute and completed the summer internship program in 2007. He grew up in Greece and longs to inspire change in today’s generation.
Alex Morrison
Interactive Media Director
Alex has been a part of Water’s Edge since early 2006. He’s a bachelor student of The Art Institute of Atlanta, majoring in Web Design and Interactive Media. From series branding to invite cards, t-shirts, photography, web design, and special events, he oversees a team that puts the magic into the design and media. Alex’s heart is to help W|E be an environment in which the lost can feel welcomed and meet Jesus head on.
Danielle Williams
Director of World Missions
Danielle has been at 12Stone since 1995, and has had the opportunity to grow up through almost every ministry at 12Stone. She desires to the see love and adoration of Jesus burst into flame on every continent, and believes that we have a key role and responsibility in this call. She is currently a student of International Affairs at UGA. When not working on mission trips, she is most likely to be seen dancing.
Josh Cash
Technical Director
Josh is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and of the Internship Program at 12Stone. He provides support and leadership for the Water’s Edge services as well as serving on the Creative team that helps form every series and every service we have on Tuesday nights.
He prefers to be known as just a guy.
Cristina Targa
Intern
Cristina started coming to Water’s Edge in 2004 and after finishing college she entered into the Internship Program of 12Stone Church. Currently she is involved with helping new people getting connected into college ministry and helping in the arena of counseling. When not working at the church, she works at Starbucks and leads a small group of women.
Justin Warner
Intern
Justin is a Water’s Edge intern originally from Bellville, Ohio. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a major in Youth Ministry. Justin enjoys the outdoors and all of its opportunities such as hunting, fishing and backpacking. Lastly Justin has a huge passion for music and respects its potential to change the world.
